Expert Witness Work

Work product is provided to retaining counsel and is not shared, published, or referenced outside the scope of the specific matter — consistent with standard expert witness professional obligations.
Conflicts of Interest
Before accepting any engagement, Wes will identify and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict exists that cannot be appropriately managed, the engagement will not proceed. Parties contacting Wes for preliminary consultation are encouraged to identify the matter and parties involved early in the process to allow for a thorough conflict check.
Independence & Objectivity
Expert analysis and testimony are provided on the basis of objective evaluation of the facts, conditions, and applicable industry standards — not on the basis of the interests of any retaining party. Wes does not provide analysis designed to reach a predetermined conclusion. If the facts do not support a particular position, that assessment will be communicated clearly and directly.
